These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Pathik (“Platform”), a route optimization software service operated by DotSafe Technologies, a sole proprietorship based in New Delhi, India (“DotSafe”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using Pathik, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Pathik complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Pathik is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables users to:
The Platform is intended solely as a decision-support tool.
Authentication is currently provided through Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and all activities performed using your account. Multiple simultaneous logins may be restricted or disallowed to protect platform security.
Pathik offers both free and paid subscription plans. Each plan includes specific usage limits, including the number of optimization runs and the maximum number of supported locations per run. Unused usage quotas expire at the end of the applicable subscription period and do not carry forward unless expressly stated otherwise.
We may modify subscription plans, pricing, or usage limits for future purchases beyond the end of the current subscription of a user account. Such changes do not affect subscriptions already purchased.
Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers such as Razorpay and PayPal. A subscription is activated only after successful payment verification by the applicable payment provider. Failure, cancellation, or pending verification of a payment does not create any entitlement to access paid features.
All purchases are final and non-refundable. A refund may be issued only where payment has been successfully received by DotSafe Technologies but the purchased subscription is not activated solely due to a technical failure attributable to Pathik. Refund requests relating to user error, accidental purchases, change of mind, reduced usage, dissatisfaction with results, or failure to use the subscription are not eligible for refunds.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the location data and other information you upload. You grant DotSafe Technologies a limited right to process such data solely for operating, maintaining, securing, and improving the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring that the data you upload is accurate and that you have the necessary rights to use it.
All software, source code, designs, logos, trademarks, documentation, and other intellectual property relating to Pathik remain the exclusive property of DotSafe Technologies or its licensors. These Terms grant you only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform during your subscription period.
We aim to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service. However, Pathik may occasionally become unavailable due to maintenance, software updates, infrastructure failures, internet outages, cyberattacks, third-party service disruptions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or continuous availability of the Platform.
Temporary interruptions or downtime do not entitle users to any refund, subscription extension, service credit, compensation, or other remedy unless DotSafe Technologies expressly agrees otherwise in writing. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time for maintenance, security, operational, or business reasons.
DotSafe Technologies shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, cyberattacks, government actions, labour disputes, or failures of third-party infrastructure.
Pathik provides computational route sequence optimization and related outputs on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. While reasonable care has been taken to develop a robust and reliable optimization system, DotSafe Technologies makes no representation or warranty that any route, sequence, distance, travel time, optimization result, map, or other output will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, error-free, optimal, or suitable for every real-world situation. Users remain solely responsible for independently verifying all outputs before relying upon them for operational, commercial, logistical, safety, or regulatory purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DotSafe Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, operational delays, customer claims, or any other commercial losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the applicable subscription during the preceding twelve months.
DotSafe Technologies shall not be liable for any business interruption, missed deliveries, scheduling delays, lost profits, loss of goodwill, or other commercial losses resulting from any interruption or unavailability of the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if:
Termination does not entitle you to any refund except as expressly provided under these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will become effective upon publication on the Platform together with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of Pathik after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Pathik.
